William Rowland, MD

Primary Care & Concierge Physician | Boca Raton, FL
Dr. William Rowland is a dedicated Primary Care and Concierge Physician with over 30 years of experience, committed to providing exceptional, personalized care to his patients.
Born in Miami and raised in Melbourne Beach, Florida, Dr. Rowland earned a degree in Statistics from the University of Florida in 1986. He continued his education at the University of Florida College of Medicine before completing his Family Medicine residency in Tallahassee, Florida, in 1993. Furthering his expertise, he pursued a fellowship in Sports Medicine at Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia, which he completed in 1994.
Dr. Rowland began his medical practice in Fort Lauderdale before relocating to Boca Raton in 1998. In 2000, he took over Boca General and Family Medicine, where he continues to provide comprehensive primary care services. In addition to his expertise in sports medicine, he has advanced training in men’s and women’s hormone therapy, anti-aging treatments, and office-based dermatology procedures.
As a former member of the Florida Marlins medical staff, Dr. Rowland was honored with a World Series ring from the team’s 1997 championship victory.
Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Rowland is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys tennis, pickleball, golf, and skin diving. He resides in Boca Raton with his wife, four children, and three grandchildren—though he eagerly looks forward to welcoming more!
Devendra Autar, DO

Dr. Devendra Autar was born in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada and was raised in Orlando Florida. He completed his undergraduate degree at University of Central Florida and went on to complete his medical degree at Midwestern University in 2021. He was trained in Family Medicine and completed his Residency MercyHealth Rockford in 2024.
The reason why Dr. Autar chose family medicine is because it allows him to form a special connection to his patient and their families. Dr. Autar believes that primary care starts with building lost lasting relationships with his patients. He tries to take a holistic approach to a philosophy of care. He tries to work with his patients as a care team to form a partnership and come up with a treatment plan that works for them.
In his spare time, he likes to watch movies, playing music and go out to restaurants.”
Michelle Feffer, ARNP

Michelle is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with a Master of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University. She holds an ANCC board certification in Adult and Geriatric Primary Care.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Florida State University in 2010. After spending a year working with a distinguished dermatology group in Tallahassee, she discovered her passion for nursing. She then pursued an Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University and began her career as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Boca Raton Regional Hospital in July 2012. While working full-time, she further advanced her education, earning a Master of Science in Adult and Geriatric Advanced Nursing Practice from Florida Atlantic University in 2017.
Since August 2017, Michelle has been serving as a primary care provider in the Boca Raton and Delray Beach areas. She has extensive experience in sub-acute rehabilitation, long-term care settings, acute tertiary care hospitals, and outpatient facilities. Her primary focus is on disease prevention, chronic disease management, and patient education.
Outside of her professional practice, Michelle enjoys traveling and baking. She also has a passion for singing and cherishes spending time with her friends and family.
Bryanna Larose, APRN

Bryanna LaRose is a dedicated and highly accomplished Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP). She graduated with the highest distinction from Florida Atlantic University, earning her Bachelor of Science in Biology before continuing her studies at the Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing. There, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Master of Science in Nursing Practice (MSN), and Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP), all with honors.
With extensive experience in internal medicine and family practice, Bryanna takes a holistic approach to medicine, considering the physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors that influence her patients' health. She is deeply committed to providing compassionate, personalized care that focuses on the whole person, not just the condition. Her advanced clinical training and expertise as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP-BC) allow her to deliver comprehensive care tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Outside of her professional work, Bryanna enjoys staying active with pickleball, perfecting her bread-baking skills, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Daniela Olivera-Parente APRN

Daniela was born in Santiago, Chile and immigrated to Long Island, New York in 1998. She is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a master’s degree in Nursing from Long Island University. Daniela began her career as a Triage nurse in the Emergency Department at the New York Hospital of Queens where she worked for 10 years. In 2015, she accepted a position as Assistant Nurse Manager for the New York Presbyterian Hospital. Daniela has had the opportunity to work in internal Medicine, Allergy/Immunology and Family Care. Before moving to Florida, Daniela was a Primary Care Provider for Northwell Health Physician Partners for 3 years. Her passion for Health Care has allowed her to continuously treat her patients with empathy and kindness.
Daniela and her family love to spend time at the beach. In her spare time, Daniela enjoys reading, walking, and volunteering. In New York, she volunteered as an EMT for her local Fire Department and she also helped at her local church by serving as a teacher in the children’s ministry. In Florida, she is a Girl Scout Leader for her local troop and is serving at a local church. Daniela is excited to start her new life in Florida with her family and cannot wait to establish relationships with her new patients and colleagues.
Leeann Muncy, PA

Leeann is the newest provider to the practice. She's originally from Northern Virginia, growing up right outside of D.C. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Maryland in Neurobiology and Physiology and went on to finish her masters degree in 2018 at Keiser University in Fort Lauderdale. Her hobbies include playing basketball and pickle ball, weightlifting, watching reality tv, and snuggling with her 2 French bulldogs.
