Existing patients, that have activated their online Patient Portal access, can schedule appoints online using the Patient Portal.

For existing patients that do not have an active portal account, please call our office for help with portal activation. 

For new patients, please call 561.391.2708 and select option 3 to make appointment.   

Please note, If an appoint online is not available and you feel you must be seen sooner, then please call or email.  We try our best to get our existing patients into the office in a timely manner.

For New patients it is recommended to make an appointment even if you do not currently have a medical concern as priority is given to our existing patients.  Our New Patient forms are available  under the Resource tab.
